The Audio Visual Appliance Expo started to today at the Sandton Convention Centre and runs until Sunday 1 Nov 2009. show times are 10:00 – 21:00 Thurs – Sat and 10:00 – 18:00 on Sunday. If you are interested in anything Audio Visual make sure you don’t miss this expo. Most of the big names are there to show you the latest innovations in AV and Appliances. Sony, Nikon, and suprisingly Canon, are well represented, with all their latest toys available to touch. I even spied a Canon EOS 1D Mk IV and the new Powershot G11 on Canon’s stand. I was here when the doors opened and have enjoyed looking at and touching new products.

There are plenty of competitions to with some awesome prizes, but you have to be there to enter!

Entrance is R40 and is well worth it.

See http://www.avaexpo.co.za for more information.
